THIS SHORT INTRODUCTORY COURSE IS AIMED AT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
: a complete beginner
: someone recovering from injury or illness
: or someone who wishes to return back to yoga who just needs a refresher
This 4 Week introductory course will be with Shanine Collinson 500RYT
Starting - TBC
8pm - 9pm (running for 4 consecutive weeks, last session TBC).
LIVE ONLINE VIA ZOOM
:-) Throughout the 4 weeks expect to learn basic yoga postures with the key focus on safety and alignment with the use of props.
:-) The pace will be slow so we can fully understand each posture.
:-) We will learn a few simply standing and seated poses to build strength and flexibility
:-) We will re-learn how to breathe to enable a calmer mind
So, by the end of the 4 weeks you should feel a little more confident to practice yoga, whether that is in a group setting or at home.
You will receive a short yoga sequence sheet of the poses learnt on the course which will be given to you so that you can carry on your practice at home with more confidence.
