Set Your Intentions by the Sea

Level:  All levels welcome (Beginners to the more advanced)

Price:  £35 Early Bird (if booked before 20th December 2021) £42 thereafter.

Details of Workshop

There are two main aims of this January workshop; 

Firstly, will be to clear away the cobwebs of 2021

Secondly, will be to set our intentions for 2022 ...

• We will be doing this in various ways such as getting hot and sweaty with a detoxifying practice full of twists and turns to ignite the internal fire (Agni).

• We will practice various pranayama (breath) techniques to keep the fire burning.

• Guided mediation along with more breathing techniques to help calm the mind.

• There will be an opportunity to try chanting :-) .... yes, I did say chanting but if the thought of chanting fills you with fear then please don’t worry, you don't have to join in if you don't want to, you can just listen and enjoy Shanine’s not-so dulcet tones ha ha ha....

• A light lunch will be provided and in this time we will complete a short writing exercise where we can write down and manifest our heart desires. (please note, the writing of intentions are for your eyes only and the universe :-). 

• You will get to lie down and enjoy a very relaxing yoga nidra to sooth every single cell in your body.

• The workshop will finish on Brighton beach where we can send our intentions out into the big blue sea.

• Overall this will be a nourishing afternoon full of yin and yang style practices with like-minded people to leave us feeling clearer headed, thought provoked, calmer, more positive and ready to take on the world. Bring it on!!

So who this is aimed for?

Anyone who wishes to wave goodbye to 2021, welcome a new year with open arms and create their own blank canvas.
