PRIVATE ONE TO ONE YOGA LESSONS
Private yoga lessons (1-2-1’s) are a great way to experience a yoga lesson that will be 100% catered for all your yoga needs, all practiced in the privacy of your own home.
There are many reasons why students chose to do 1-2-1 yoga sessions.
Below are some of the most common reasons:
NEW TO YOGA
The thought of attending a yoga class for the first time can be intimidating and daunting, even trying to chose the right style can feel like an impossible task.
We can work out a style that is best suited to you.
We can go through together some of the basic yoga poses that are frequently used in class to set you up for your exciting yoga journey ahead.
PRACTICE SAFELY AT HOME
Some students prefer to practice at home in their own time and space however, they may feel that they don't have enough knowledge to do so and most importantly are worried if they are doing it wrong?
We can work together and make up a daily practice sheet especially for you so you can follow this at your leisure and practice safely and confidently at home.
RECOVERING FROM ILLNESS OR INJURY
Perhaps you have just recovered from a recent illness or suffered an injury and feel slightly anxious or nervous at the thought of attending yoga in a group setting.
It might be that you will have to modify your practice for a temporary period and that's fine, we can go work through all possible options to ensure you are practicing safely to give you full piece of mind.
ADVANCE YOUR PRACTICE
You may already have an existing practice and would like to take it to the next level, or maybe you are struggling with a particular pose in class.
We can work together to help you achieve your goals and ambitions by investigating ways to take you to the next level. As for those more challenging poses, there is always more ways than one to achieve a challenging pose ... first rule is patience :-)
