Any tips for anyone wanted to try yoga for the first time?
Yes, just to say there are many different styles and many different teachers. Try as many different classes and teachers until you find what works for you. I personally believe there is a type of yoga out there for everyone. You may have to try a few different styles and teachers however you will find something that suits your body, personality and mind.
What's next for Shanine?
I'm always attending courses and learning new things. As an aromatherapist, I really enjoy making products. At the moment I am focusing on room spray mists. Often, in class when I'm teaching and just before svasana I will spray one of my mists around the room to give my students an extra added touch to the relaxation experience, which they seem to really enjoy. So I am working towards bringing out my own range of room sprays.
Please feel free to contact Shanine if you have any questions.
